Reservation and Cancelation Policies

Rates are per unit, per night, based on double occupancy and quoted in U.S dollar.

Reservation Policy:

One night payment is required as initial deposit to guarantee your room reservation.

For bookings made within 14 days prior to the arrival, full payment is mandatory.

Hotel Deposit Requirement

A US$100.00 credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for incidental charges.

Hotel Spring Break Policy

Hotel will accept student bookings. Must be at least 23 years old and have a valid credit card in guest name. A $300 refundable credit card deposit will be required.

Transfer Policy

Airport pick-up is NOT included in the room rate. May be request by the guests with proper information send to us: Airline & flight number, arrival date & time. Airport pick-up rate depend on which airport guests are arriving. Please consult our FAQ page or contact us for rates at: reception@villasjazmin.com

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in 4:00 p.m. / Check-out 10:00 a.m.

US$50.00 late check-out fee will be charge for check-out after 10:00 a.m. Full day rate will be charge for check-out after 12:00 p.m.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

Club´s members and RCI guests

Occupancy limit: 1 bedroom units: 4 persons

2 bedroom units: 6 persons

NON MEMBERS NOR RCI GUESTS

Occupancy limit: 1 bedroom units: 2 persons

2 bedroom units: 4 persons

Please take note that an infant is considered has a person and extra charge for an infant bed will apply. Check with our reception for rate at: reception@villasjazmin.com

ALL UNITS ARE NO SMOKING. FAILURE TO RESPECT THAT RULE WILL INCUR IN A US$250.00 CHARGE FOR UNIT CLEANING.

TRAFICKING THE AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM WILL INCUR IN A US$50.00 CHARGE PER DAY

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation greater than 65 days, NO processing fee and full refund. Cancelation between 64 days to 15 days will incur in a 50% charge of the reservation total value

Cancellations less than 14 days will result in full charge of the total reservation value.

All Bookings must be paid in Full 14 day´s prior Arrival date (Regular Booking and Promotions)

REIMBURSEMENT will not be applicable for EARLY CHECK OUTS.
