Reception:

Reception office is open every day from 8:00am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 6:00pm.

Services Available:

  • Security box in your unit at no cost . US$100.00 Deposit required.
  • Restaurant & Bar opens at 7:00am until 11:00pm Happy hour from 5:00pm to 6:30pm (2 x 1 on local drinks).
  • Games and books available in the game room or the reception desk.
  • Any information regarding excursions, activities, taxis, car rentals refer to the reception desk.
  • Money exchange.
  • Laundry service

    • Security:

    The project is patrolled by our security guards every night.

    Groceries:

    There are little convenients stores in Costambar. Check your Costambar map to locate them. Major groceries stores are located in Puerto Plata. Ask our receptionist where to go.

    Recommendations

    Water: Avoid drinking tap water; Bottled water are available at reception.

    Pool: For your safety, we advice not to use the pool after 6:00 pm as we add chlorine to the water at that time. It is prohibited to swim at night or to get into the pool with Sun Tanning Lotion or Oil on your body. We urge you to please shower in order to remove lotion or excess oil.

    Towels: Units towels are not allowed out of the unit. Beach towels are available are the reception desk. A deposit of US$ 5.00 is required and will be refunded upon return of towel.

    Sun: Use a good protective sunscreen and avoid prolonged exposure.
